Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 438, Cr.P.C., is for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, Kishori Lal, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 120-B and 408, IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No.29, dated 26.02.2015, registered at Police Station, Morinda, District Rupnagar.

CRM-M-15796-2015 (O&M) -2submits that the petitioner had purchased an Innova car from the amount embezzled by him from the petrol station belonging to the informant. The said car was taken into possession but now the same has been released on superdari by the Court of competent jurisdiction. He further submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation as per the interim directions issued by this Court.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and going through the material available on record, interim directions issued vide order, dated 14.05.2015, are made absolute. The petitioner shall remain bound by the conditions laid down in the order, dated 14.05.2015. He shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
