RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Affidavit of Jastinder Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Faridkot, District Faridkot, on behalf of respondent No.3, filed in Court today, is taken on record.

Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondent No.3 to decide representation dated 05.04.2016 (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner. Learned State counsel filing reply submits that FIRs have been registered against respondents No.4 and 5 under Sections 418, 420, 465, 467, 468, 120-B IPC and their bail has also been cancelled. However, grouse of the petitioner is that several hundred members of the society have been cheated, therefore, respondent No.3 may be directed to decide the representation dated 05.04.2016 (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner in a time-bound manner.

-2CRM-M-16731 of 2018 the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Faridkot, to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 05.04.2016 (Annexure P-2) after hearing the petitioner by passing a speaking order within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
