(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner-Gurpreet Singh @ Gaggi, in case FIR No. 221 dated 13.09.2017 registered under Sections 302 read with Section 34 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of SC & ST Act at Police Station Lambi, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

On instructions from ASI Gurmeet Singh, learned State counsel submits that trial is at the fag end and is fixed for 29.01.2020, for orders.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition.
