(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.312 dated 14.09.2017 under Sections 18/65/85 of NDPS Act, at Police Station Baldev Nagar, District Ambala. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated January 22, 2018, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated January 22, 2018, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
