'Mr. Bhawesh Chaudhary, Advocate has filed memo of appearance for respondent no.2. He seeks and is permitted time to file reply and vakalatnama.

Learned State counsel also seeks and is permitted time to file reply. Adjourned to 18.04.2024.

Operation of the impugned order dated 12.09.2022 (copy whereof has been appended as Annexure P-16 with the instant petition) shall remain stayed till the next date of hearing.'

Vide order of even date i.e. 5.11.2024 passed in CRM-M No.43716 of 2024, the main FIR in question stands quashed on the basis of compromise.

Keeping in view the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case; especially the factum of an amicable settlement having been Ashwani Kumar 2024.11.05 17:45 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M No.11036 of 2024 -2arrived at between the parties in question, the FIR in question emanating from a matrimonial dispute & the same having been settled; the impugned order dated 12.9.2022 is quashed.

Accordingly, the petition stands allowed.
