(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing complaint No.144/2014 dated 11.06.2014 under Sections 144, 147, 148, 149, 427 and 506 IPC (P-1) and summoning order dated 14.01.2015 under Sections 144, 147, 148, 149, 427 and 506 IPC (P-2) along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom qua petitioner.

Heard.

The petitioners are relegated to trial court with liberty to raise all the pleas, which have been raised in this petition at appropriate stage. Disposed of.
