Challenge in the present appeal is to the finding of reversal recorded by the lower Appellate Court below in a suit filed by the plaintiff-respondent for possession.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that he is unable to establish contact with his clients and in absence of any instructions having been received from his clients, he does not press this appeal and the same be disposed of granting liberty to revive the same, in case, need so arises. 3. Perusal of the file shows that in terms of order dated 16.03.1992 passed by this Court, the appellants had deposited the decretal amount with the trial Court on 13.03.1992 as also the costs amounting to Rs.9,923.75, on 28.03.1992 and vide order dated 11.05.1992, the decree-holder was permitted to withdraw the same subject to furnishing of surety. RSA-1288-1991 (O&M) -24. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the amount was withdrawn pursuant to the aforesaid order.

It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

7. Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the appellants at the last known address, as also to the concerned SHO of the area to do the needful. 8. A period of three months is granted for seeking recalling of this order.
