(ORAL) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Amarjit Singh, has submitted that after a complaint was received from the private respondents, the matter was inquired into and it had been since recommended to register an FIR against the petitioners. Learned counsel for the State submits that in the circumstances, issuance of directions as prayed for by the petitioners would amount to extending the concession of anticipatory bail to them. Therefore, the prayer in the instant petition deserves to be declined. 2.

Case has been called twice, however, even on second call, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
