The petitioner prays for a direction to the respondent-authorities for taking action against the respondents No.4 and 5 as per the allegations contained in the application dated 19.12.2016 submitted by her to the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana (wrongly mentioned as S.S.P., Ludhiana). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to look into the above-stated representation dated 19.12.2016 (Annexure P4) and take necessary action thereon.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the relief sought in this petition but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana to look into the representation dated 19.12.2016 (Annexure P4) and take appropriate action as may be necessary in accordance with law.
