       After hearing learned counsel for the appellant, it is observed that the advertisement pursuant to which the petitionerappellant is seeking consideration of his candidature was issued on 28.06.2015 (Annexure P-1). Undisputedly the advertisement has been processed and the necessary recruitments pursuant thereto on the post of Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) Biology, have already taken place long ago. The petition was filed by the petitioner-appellant raising a grievance in respect of the advertisement dated 28.06.2015 (Annexure P-1) in the year 2022 after long lapse of seven years. In the circumstances, the issue raised by the petitioner-appellant is rendered academic with efflux of time. Nothing has been placed before this Court to indicate that the issue still remains alive.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the appeal filed by the appellant is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous with efflux of time. All the issues involved/raised in the petition are kept open to be examined in an appropriate proceeding, if so required.
