ASHOK KUMAR VERMA, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the State on instructions states that in the instant case the police had filed cancellation report on 19.03.2021 which is pending adjudication before the trial Court. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to take recourse to the appropriate remedy before the trial Court, in accordance with law, if, so advised.
