(Oral) In the present petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that for the grant of 'No Objection Certificate' for competing for the post of Demonstrator in Department of Immunohaematology & Blood Transfusion as advertised by advertisement No. DMER/Rectt./2022/01 (Annexure P-1). Learned counsel for the respondents submits that by an interim order, the Coordinate Bench of this Court had already directed the department to grant the petitioner 'No objection Certificate' which was also granted by the Department concerned and hence, the present petition has already been rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel for the respondents further submits that 'No Objection Certificate' has already been attached as Annexure P -4 on the basis of which, the petitioner had already competed for the post in question. Keeping in view the above facts and circumstances recorded RIYA 2024.02.16 15:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-5627-2022 (O&M) -22024:PHHC:020936 herein above and as 'No objection Certificate' has already been given to the petitioner and on the basis of the said NOC, the petitioner has already competed for the post in question, hence, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
