Custody certificate dated 13.05.2024 filed in Court today is taken on record, as per which, the petitioner has undergone the custody period of 11 months and 10 days as an undertrial. After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to accord the benefit of regular bail to the petitioner; learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so.
