***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.54 dated 11.04.2017 under Sections 306 IPC at Police Station Sardulgarh, District Mansa.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated August 09, 2017, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated August 09, 2017, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
