Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 and 2 to provide protection to life and liberty of the petitioner's husband and to get the petitioner's husband out of the illegal confinement of respondents No.4 to 8. Notice of motion was issued and learned State counsel as well as learned counsel for respondents No.4 to 8 appeared and contested the petition and respondent-State also filed the reply. I have heard learned counsel for the parties as well as learned State counsel and have gone through the record. CRM No.M-16819 of 2016 -2Singh has been recorded, who was admitted by his family on 04.04.2016 at Drug Rehabilitation Centre, Faith Foundation, Morinda Road, Kurali. In his statement, copy of which is Annexure R-1/T, Kirandeep Singh detenue stated that his marriage was solemnized on 29.11.2015 with Sarabjit Kaur daughter of Harjinder Singh. Aforesaid, Rajwinder Kaur has given complaints regarding rape against him. His family members had given her `2 lacs but now she is not leaving him and keeps on giving false complaints against him and his family. The detenue also stated in his affidavit that he is fine there and has no relation with the petitioner Rajwinder Kaur. In view of the reply as well as the statement of the detenue, I find that no further action is required in the present case. Therefore, the present petition stands disposed of accordingly.
