Learned State counsel submits that four prosecution witnesses have already been examined. Prosecution shall endeavor to conclude its evidence at the earliest.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh in case trial does not conclude within a period of four months.
