The present petition has been filed under Section 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) for seeking transfer of ongoing investigation in FIR No.298 dated 24.12.2024 registered under Sections 3(1((r) of the SC/ST Act registered at Police Station Nigdhu, District Karnal on the grounds of partiality and lack of fairness.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that he would be satisfied in case his representation dated 06.01.2025 (Annexure P-5) be decided in a time bound manner.
