Mr. Pawan Kumar, DAG, Punjab, on instructions from Constable Harvinder Singh, submits that petitioner No.3 has passed away and others stand regularized. They, at present, are working as regular employees. 3.

In the wake of statement of State counsel, the present petition stands disposed of.
