MANJARI NEHRU KAUL , J.(Oral) After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner in view of serious allegations levelled against the petitioner particularly keeping in mind that such like crimes have become the order for the day and coupled with the fact that petitioner is a man of criminal antecedents, a prayer was made by learned counsel for the petitioner for withdrawal of the instant petition.
