Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail to accused petitioner Bhim Singh Chandila in case FIR No.249 dated 10.5.2015 under Sections 420,467,468,471 IPC, PS Central Faridabad.
As per allegations petitioner-accused entered into an agreement to sell and received total sale consideration of Rs.15 lacs for a property which was not owned by him and thus cheated the complainant lady-Simran Bedi. Pursuant to a compromise, the amount was sought to be returned by way of cheque dated 10.9.2015 which was also dishonoured due to "insufficient funds".
On the previous date of hearing counsel for the petitioner sought time for seeking instructions regarding refund of the amount or any other mode acceptable to the complainant.
At the time of hearing today,learned counsel submits that inspite of due intimation his client has not come forward with a definite proposal.
Faced with this situation,counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
