Prayer made in this petition is to direct respondents no. 1 to 3 to ensure that prosecution evidence is lead promptly before the trial court.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from H.C. Jasbir Singh, who is present in court, at the outset submits that out of eighteen witnesses cited by the prosecution, six have been examined and ten have been given up. He further submits that prosecution shall not delay the matter and lead the remaining prosecution evidence at the earliest.
Under the circumstances, no cause of action survives in this petition. Dismissed.
