(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 439 CrPC, prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.149 dated 18.08.2018 registered under Section 420 of IPC (Sections 406, 201 and 34 of IPC & Section 24 of Immigration Act, 1924 were added later on) at P.S. City Chamkaur Sahib, District Roopnagar. Learned State counsel informs this Court that the petitioner already stands convicted, thereby rendering the present petition as infructuous.
