**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) This Court on the last date of hearing, directing the Registry to inform the counsel representing the parties as well as the parties. As per office report, notice issued to the appellant has not been received back either served or otherwise.

The present appeal has been filed against the concurrent findings of fact rendered in a suit at the instance of the respondentsplaintiffs claiming declaration to the effect that they are owner in possession of the land pertaining to Rectangle No.22, for, the authorities while allotting the land under the Punjab Package Deal Properties (Disposal) Act, 1976, in favour of the appellant, had erroneously recorded Rectangle No.22, though it should have Rectangle No.32, which was later on rectified, but the the defendants were pursuing the matter.
