Since none had been appearing on behalf of the appellants, vide order dated 16.10.2023 notice was issued to the appellants. As per office report the appellants could not be served due to incomplete address. This is the only address of the appellants available in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments passed by the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court. 2.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
