The instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in FIR No.15 dated 21.01.2020 under Sections 363, 366-A IPC, 1860 (Section 376 IPC, 1860 and Sections 3 & 4 of POCSO Act, 2012 added later on), registered at Police Station Civil Lines, District Bathinda.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to extend the concession of bail to the petitioner, prayer has been made for withdrawal of the instant petition.

Ordered accordingly.
