Since there is concealment of facts while filing the instant petition, the same deserves to be dismissed by imposing costs. Therefore, the instant petition is dismissed by imposing ` 20,000/- as costs to be deposited by petitioner with the State Legal Services Authority, Haryana within 15 days from today.
