(ORAL) The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No. 494 dated 28.3.2013 under Section 420 IPC, registered at Police Station Sector34, Chandigarh and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. At this stage, learned counsel for Punjab National Bankrespondent No. 2 has stated that as per the terms and conditions, the requisite amount has been paid by the petitioners and the title deeds have also been returned.

Keeping in view the fact that the requisite amount stands paid by the petitioners, no useful purpose will be served by continuing with the criminal proceedings.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed and FIR No. 494 dated GURPREET SINGH 2019.07.04 16:54 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh 28.3.2013 under Sections 420 IPC, registered at Police Station Sector-34,

CRM-M No. 16877 of 2016 (O&M) -2Chandigarh and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, qua the petitioners, are hereby quashed.
