The present regular second appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 18.03.1991 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Rohtak whereby the appeal filed against the judgment and decree dated 26.04.1990 is dismissed.

As per office report, notice issued to appellant No.1 was received back served through nephew, appellant Nos.2 and 3 through brother and appellants Nos.4 to 10 were received back unserved due to incomplete address. Even previously, none had appeared on behalf of the appellants on 22.09.2017, 11.01.2023, 15.02.2023, 11.04.2023 and 12.09.2023, despite the notice having been issued. The case has been called twice, but there is no representation on their behalf.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
