(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of Criminal Complaint No. 19 of 2017 dated 04.08.2017 (Annexure P-2) filed by the respondent under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 alongwith all proceedings arising out of this complaint case, whereby the petitioners have been summoned by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Karnal. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
