It is averred that their father Baldev Raj was picked up from the house on 7.12.2015 and on the appointment of a Warrant Officer in the Habeas Corpus petition filed by the petitioners, he was falsely implicated in FIR No.195 dated 10.12.2015 under Sections 399,402 IPC, PS Dharamkot.

CRM-M 1690/2016 before this Court, said two police officials are visiting their house and threatening the present petitioners.
At the time of hearing,learned State counsel on instructions submits that in the investigation conducted in the aforesaid FIR the role of petitioners was enquired and they have been found innocent. It is further submitted that there is no case pending against the petitioners and hence no question of unnecessary harassment being or to be caused. It is further submitted that Baldev Raj-father of the petitioners has been granted regular bail.
In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
Disposed of as infructuous.
