Present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 of BNSS for quashing/ setting aside the impugned order Annexure P-7 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Chandigarh in in case bearing No. NACT-9063 of 2021 dated 23.11.2021 titled as "Dharam Singh Vs. Viney Dubey" vide which, petitioner has been declared a proclaimed person. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and as such, he does not want to pursue the present petition, however, he wants to assail the order dated 24.02.2025 passed by the trial Court whereby half share of his property has been attached in order to procure his presence.
