Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala, to look into the representation of the petitioner dated 07.02.2019 (Annexure P-3).
