In the present petition, the prayer of the petitioner is that vide advertisement No. 3/2023 dated 07.03.2023 (Annexure P-2), the petitioner had appeared for written examination for the Group C & D posts and had raised certain objections qua the answer key in respect of questions No. 28 and 34 but without considering the said objections, the result of the written examination for the post in question has been declared by the respondentsdepartment, which is causing prejudice to the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance as raised in the present petition has already been raised before the authorities concerned vide representation dated 07.02.2024, copy of which has been annexed as Annexure P-10 and the petitioner will be satisfied at this stage, in case, the said representation is decided by respondents in a time bound manner by passing an appropriate speaking order. 3.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice for the respondents. Learned State counsel submits that in case representation dated 07.02.2024 (Annexure P-10) is still pending RIYA 2024.03.14 20:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in the statement made by the Learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 6.
