Present petition has been fled under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter-alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners in view of policy dated 18.03.2011 (P-13) as well as notification dated 11.11.2021 (P-20).
At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioners submitted that instead of pressing the present petition on merits, he would be satisfied in case the representation dated 30.11.2021 (P-9) is decided expeditiously.
