Status report by way of an affidavit dated 07.04.2025 of Gurjit Kaur, District Programme Officer, Women and Child Development Department, Kurukshetra, filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 in Court, is taken on record subject to all just exceptions. Learned State counsel submits that the claim of the petitioners as regards grant of minimum pay scale stands accorded and the necessary amount shall be released to them within a period of four weeks from today. He further, on instructions from the quarter concerned, submits that the matter with regard to regularization of the petitioners, has been rejected. 2.

In view of speaking order dated 25.03.2025 (Annexure P-2) passed by Director General, Women and Child Development Department, Haryana, Panchkula, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the present petition, however, seeks liberty to challenge the same, in accordance with law. 3.

Dismissed as not pressed with liberty aforesaid. 4.

It is made clear that in case, as per above undertaking, the needful is not done, 1/3rd salary of respondent No.2 shall remain attached till such compliance is made.
