RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J As per the report dated 7.9.2015 received from the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mohali, none of the parties appeared before the learned court below, in compliance of the order dated 26.5.2015 passed by this court. It clearly goes to show that the parties were not interested. They never made any application seeking extension of time.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file fresh on the same cause of action, as and when necessity arises. Permission is granted.
