Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNS')/Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for seeking issuance of directions to the respondents to conduct fair investigation in case FIR No. 345 dated 12.11.2024, under Sections 395, 397, 453, 449, 436, 506 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Punhana, District Nuh.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned Counsel for the petitioner on instructions from petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise the grievance before the concerned authorities, in accordance with law. 3.

Disposed off accordingly with liberty aforesaid. 4.
