This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned orders dated 26.04.1994, 14.03.1995, 30.01.1996 and 19.03.1997 (Annexures P-7/T, P-10/T, P-12/T and P-14/T respectively). 1.1 A further prayer has been made seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.5 to prepare Naksha "Ba" afresh in accordance with the mode of partition sanctioned vide order dated 24.12.1993 (Annexure P-3/T) after allowing the objections dated 18.09.1993 (Annexure P-2/T) filed by the petitioner to the Naksha "Ba" Annexure P-1.

On 23.04.2024, the following order was passed: "It has been brought to the notice of the Court that Mr. K.L. Suneja, Advocate appearing for the petitioner has expired.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
