CRM-M-13697-2023 Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to register an FIR against respondents no.3 to 6.

Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that both the petitioners were in police but now they are dismissed from service. He has submitted that both the petitioners have filed this representation for registration of FIR against respondents no.3 to 6, however, the same has not been taken care of.
