Petitioner is Numberdar who is alleged to have identified Ms.Renu impersonating as Mz.Radha the real owner of the suit property at the time of execution of a forged GPA allegedly executed by Radha in favour of one Chunna Singh, who in turn executed sale deed in favour of three different persons.

Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Jagdish Chander has pointed out that in the present case apart from the present accused there are 10 other accused who have been declared as PO on RAJINDER PRASHAD JOSHI 2016.03.15 18:28 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh.

CRM-M 1693/2016 9.3.2016. The petitioner also stands declared a PO since 9.3.2016. At this stage,learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present petition.
