ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) On 22.03.2022, while granting interim bail to the petitioner, it was submitted that the petitioner will deposit an amount of Rs.1.50 lacs, which is equivalent to the rate of gold. Counsel for the State submits that though, the trial Court has granted interim bail to the petitioner, however, he has not deposited the said amount. Even, on the last date of hearing, some more time was sought for depositing the amount and handing over the demand draft of Rs.1.50 lacs.

Counsel for the petitioner has argued that he has no instructions in this regard.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed and the order dated 22.03.2022, is hereby vacated.
