Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of the order dated 19.01.2015 passed by this Court, the petitioners did appear before learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Naraingarh, and were admitted to ad-interim bail. In support of his contention, he has produced the copy of the order dated 27.01.2015 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Naraingarh, which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Mam Chand, Police Station, Shahzadpur, District Ambala, has not controverted the above factual aspect.

In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is allowed. Interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 19.01.2015 are made absolute.

The petitioners shall continue to appear before learned trial Court on each and every date of hearing unless ordered otherwise.
