This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 50 dated 27.02.2015 under Sections 307/34 IPC at Police Station Sadar Jalandhar. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated 19.05.2015, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated 19.05.2015 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
