(Oral) Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of Protest Petition dated 13.2.2016 (Annexure P-4), Summoning order dated 28.3.2017 (Annexure P-5), Order dated 08.1.2018 passed by the JMIC, Fatehgarh Sahib (Annexure P-12) declaring the petitioner as proclaimed person, order dated 28.10.2021 (Annexure P-14) and order dated 15.11.2022 (Annexure P-17 passed by the JMIC, Fatehgarh Sahib vide which sale of the attached property has been ordered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has been granted bail and the matter between the parties has been settled, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
