(ORAL) Allotment of the plot no. 369, Sector 68, Industrial Model Township Faridabad was cancelled as petitioner failed to deposit the requisite 15% of the balance amount or to enter into an agreement. Even petitioner failed to do the needful in the extended period.

Only grievance of the petitioner is that he wrote a letter dated 10.05.2019, Annexure P-5 to the Managing Director of the Corporation. However, no response has been received thereto. Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Ankur Mittal, Addl. A.G. Haryana, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of official respondent(s). He submits that letter dated 10.05.2019, Annexure P-5 shall be looked into and appropriate response shall be sent to the petitioner at the earliest. In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed off.
