Mr. Gautam Dutt, Advocate, for respondent No.2. PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.122 dated 12.03.2015 registered under Sections 420, 467, 471 IPC at Police Station Faridabad Central.
In pursuance of order dated 21.07.2015 respondent No.2 - Jyoti Rani is present in Court, however, petitioner has not come present even for the purpose of settlement. On 21.07.2015 case was adjourned on the request of the petitioner subject to costs of `5,000/- to be paid to respondent No.2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of telephonically conveying the order dated 21.07.2015, petitioner has not approached him.
