**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Petitioners have filed the present petition for seeking permission to go abroad i.e. Karlsruher Institut for Technolgie in Germany from 28.05.2017 to 25.08.2017 in FIR No.5 dated 03.02.2016, under Sections 323, 406, 498-A and 506 IPC, registered at Women Police Station, Panchkula, District Panchkula.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the marriage of son of the petitioners, namely, Ankur, was solemnized on 05.09.2015. FIR (Annexure P-1) was got registered by the complainant against the accused and now the dispute has been amicably settled between them. Further, pursuant to order of this Court dated 19.04.2017 passed in CRM-M-12780-2017, a joint statement of the parties has been recorded on Naresh Kumar 2017.05.24 16:03 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh 11.05.2017 before the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,

CRM-M-16048-2017 -2Panchkula and all the conditions of compromise have now been complied with. As per statement suffered by complainant Sonam, the compromise is genuine, voluntary and has been entered into by them with their free will, without any threat, coercion or undue pressure and she has no objection if the FIR is quashed.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Saraswati, submits that the above-said joint statement made by the parties is not dispute in the present case.

Keeping in view the above-said facts, the present petition is allowed and the permission is granted to the petitioners to go Germany from 28.05.2017 to 25.08.2017.
