Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners would vacate the premises within a period of one month from today i.e. on or before 21.12.2024.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1, on instructions from respondent No.1, states that respondent No.1 is agreeable to the said arrangement provided the petitioners pay all arrears of mesne profits as assessed by the Rent Controller concerned from 18.09.2018 till date and also pay an amount of ₹8,000 per month for use and occupation upto to the time the petitioners hand over vacant possession.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners would pay the entire arrears of mesne profits/rent within a period of 10 days from today. Along with the arrears, the petitioners would also pay one month's rent @ ₹8,000 till 20.12.2024.

In view of the statements made by the learned counsel for the parties, the petitioners are granted a period of one month i.e. on or before 21.12.2024 to vacate the premises and to hand over vacant possession of the same to the respondent-landlord. All arrears of mesne profits/rent @ ₹8,000 per month from 18.09.2018 upto date along with rent @ ₹8,000 per month for use and occupation upto 21.12.2024 shall also be paid by the petitioners within a period of 10 days from today. An undertaking with regard to vacation of the premises on or before 21.12.2024, clearance of arrears of mesne profits/rent within 10 days and payment of one month's rent @ ₹8,000 shall be given by the petitioners before the Rent Controller concerned within a period one week from today. 7.

It is made clear that in case the undertaking is not filed as directed and the arrears of mesne profits/rent are not cleared within a period of 10 days from today, the present revision petition shall be deemed to having been dismissed.

Disposed off. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
