Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondents No. 1 to 4 to take appropriate action against the teacher and manager of the Haryana Sports Academy, Devrala, District Bhiwani and to transfer the investigation of the case FIR No. 13 dated 06.01.2019, registered under Sections 34, 377 & 506 IPC and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 at Police Station Tosham, District Bhiwani. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner has made an application/representation dated 21.01.2019 (Annexure P3) to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Bhiwani, but the same remained unattended till now. Notice of motion.
