(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under section 482 of Cr.P.C. 1973, for quashing of FIR No.132 dated 01.12.2020 (Annexure P-1) 506, under Sections 323,406,498-A, 509 r/w 34 IPC 1860, registered at Police Station Women West Gurugram, District Gurugram, alongwith all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

After arguing the matter for some time, when this Court is not inclined to grant the prayer made, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
